LifeWellLived Autobiographical Documentary Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does a LifeWellLived Autobiographical Documentary cost?

A: A LifeWellLived Autobiographical Documentary costs $495. This includes everything you see in the LifeWellLived demo video - your audio, slideshow, and videos. There are no hidden fees and you will not be upcharged in any way.

Q: How many photos or videos can I send you?

A: Because we try to keep each LifeWellLived Autobiographical Documentary to between 12-15 minutes in length, we ask that you provide us with anywhere from 100 to 125 photographs and up to 2 minutes of video. If you would like to include more photographs or video, we ask that you keep in mind that each minute of your movie equals 10 photographs on average, or one minute of video.

Q: What can I expect during the interview?

A: We make telling your story easy! One of our online consultants will reach out to you at the time you've scheduled and help you prepare for a series of questions which we'll be asking during the interview. (If you want to get a jump on the questions before your consult or you just prefer to write out your answers, you can find our Biographical Information form here.)

Q: How long does the interview last?

A: That all depends on how much you have to say. We can generally get all of the information we need from you in less than 90 minutes.

Q: How can I submit my photograps?

A: You can upload digital photos to us through our website. Obviously, this is the fastest way to get photos to us. If you want your Documentary produced as quickly as possible, you'll want to do your own scanning of old photographs or have someone local do it for you so you can upload everything to us directly. Instructions for digital uploads are provided on our Photo Submission page.

Q: What about the music?

A: We license music for use in your LifeWellLived Autobiographical Documentary. You can play the video at a public memorial service and enjoy it at home as many times as you like. You can choose from a wide variety of songs to add a unique touch to your Documentary. It's important to remember that in order to avoid copyright infringement, we can only include music that we have license to use. It's for this reason that we've partnered with a studio of professional musicians who compose world class soundtrack compositions.
